Commencing my career as an outdoor educator every program is a multi-day, fixed duration project which established my leadership capabilities and I moved quickly into management roles some of which I was unprepared for at the time.
Working in a range of paid roles for not-for-profits, being a volunteer and working with volunteers and paid staff as both a volunteer and employee I have significant experience working with volunteers and establishing administrative processes as a part of conducting business
Today my career involves a combination of my employment and volunteering in a range of capacities that result in myself providing both leadership and management to employees and volunteers working on a range of projects and regular administrative tasks to manage a registered training organisation.
